Econo Lodge Columbia Fort Jackson

This was the absolute worst hotel stay! The desk attendant was very friendly. The room we had was old and although it seemed clean, it had an overall dirtiness to it. Continental breakfast was non existent. Not even a pot of coffee! Definitely not worth $115! I wouldn’t have even paid $50!

They advertised breakfast included. It was not that big deal for me but to say that it is available and it is not, is disappointing. With that being said, they hotel served it's purpose.

I reserved non-smoking they put me in smoking room .They advertise cont. breakfast, didn't have it .The room had a bad oder and was not clean enough, stain from food on walls.no chair to sit on .broken coffee pot and the bath door would not close because they installed the latch in the door knob backward . and the AIRcondition cover kept falling off so i finally left off!!! Too much play in the front door and you could see top and bottom light from the outside come in. burnt hole in the covers saw wires but no smoke alarm in it

Small quiet location really old and could use upgrade custimer service is good

Location was difficult to safely enter, parking was cramped, guests appeared to be living on site, hanging out on the sidewalks with screaming children running around. Looked forward to the advertised continental breakfast only to find out it's no longer offered. The room was updated and smelled clean. Obvious signs of prior water damage had spots on ceiling dropping pieces of plaster all over. But it didn't feel dirty. Bathroom was nice, but slippery as hell. The floors were gleaming, but were like ice even barefoot. Tub was likewise a skating rink and we had to hold on for dear life just sitting on the toilet or getting into or out of the shower. There were loud men chatting outside our door well after midnight. The furnishings were nice, the TV was huge. Overall, I'd stay again.

Bathroom was dirty toilet was not cleaned at all towels was a mess. Just was not a good room

Dirty, uncomfortable. Pillows were like blankets bundled up in pillow cases

They had bed bugs they had to change the Refrigerator it wasn’t working so they change it from another room to a new refrigerator because the one in the room wasn’t working it was not no maintenance was available around that time

It was conveniently located but the parking is juxtaposed to the first floor rooms making it easy to be distributed by cars noise during the night and as well as guests who were constantly talking in the hallway. A free continental breakfast is advertised but not provided according to the attendant due to COVID-19 restrictions only a coffee machine is but I didn't see any filter to be able to operate it. For a limited budget it's a fair choice overall. For a limited budget it's a fair choice.
