"Overall our families first vacation together and I was not pleased. But on a positive note we enjoyed Gainesville."

The location

Our stay was very disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned, which immediately set the tone. The security latch on our door was broken, making us feel unsafe. To make things worse, the elevator was out of service, which was incredibly inconvenient. Breakfast was offered, but it was mediocre at best and not worth looking forward to. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, safety concerns, and poor amenities made this stay far from enjoyable.

Was very excited to stay here..The room was great and clean and water pressure was low in the evening but in the a.m. it was perfect.. down sides pool needed cleaning out and THE BIG THING The ELEVATOR DID NOT WORK... That's rough for us older people......
