Le personnel très acceuillante et chaleureuse très bon emplacement a 6 min du centre ville et 10 min de la plage c'était parfait . Appartement très agréable et spacieux. Bon rapport qualité + prix Appartement propre.

Le manque de clim et la salle de bain trop petite a mon goût.

L'emplacement et le concept sont vraiment très sympa

Es ist sehr eng für 6 Leute und das ausziehbare Sofa ist ein Witz. Das ganze Appartement war voller Mücken. Das Bad ist sehr eng.

Posizione ottima, vicina alla spiaggia affollata anche in tarda serata. Vicino a tutti i servizi, raggiungibili a piedi. A trenta minuti da Montpellier e da passaggi bellissimi. Spiaggia grandissima ed ideale per i bambini, di sera è fantastico passeggiare tra le bancarelle, i negozi ed i locali dove era possibile mangiare, bere qualcosa e ballare. Bel posto e bella esperienza.

Stanza accogliente ma un po' piccola per quattro persone. Un bel terrazzino dove rilassarsi al fresco, l'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è Il bagno piccolissimo con una doccia ancora più piccola.

Despite the issues mentioned, there were a couple of highlights during my stay. The bed was very comfortable, allowing for a good night’s rest, and the self check-in process was seamless and convenient.

A Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend Unfortunately, my stay was far from satisfactory due to several issues that I believe should be highlighted. 1. Payment Process – A Complete Nightmare The payment process was unnecessarily complicated. After three failed attempts to pay via Booking.com, I had to call the property multiple times. Eventually, they sent me a link to pay through their website, but it didn’t inspire much trust. After further calls and involving Booking.com support, the link still didn’t work properly. What should have been a simple transaction turned into a frustrating and time-consuming ordeal. 2. Misleading Location on Google Maps The property’s name appears in the wrong place on Google Maps—about a 15-minute walk from the actual location. Only the exact address works, which can be confusing for first-time visitors. 3. Unpleasant Check-In The room was small, not properly cleaned, and not ready: cobwebs were visible, the bed wasn’t made, and no duvet cover was provided—just a bare duvet, which raised hygiene concerns. 4. Missing Basic Supplies Only half a roll of toilet paper was available with no extra. Small touches like this make a big difference and should be standard. 5. Poor Communication Messages sent via Booking.com were ignored, including a request for a duvet cover. A note was left on my door asking me to go to reception before midnight, but no explanation was given. 6. In-Room Disturbance – Impossible to Sleep To make matters worse, there was an electrical meter installed inside a box in the bedroom, emitting a constant ticking sound—like a clock ("tick, tick, tick"). You can ear it only with silence at night, but without earplugs, it was impossible to get a proper night’s sleep. This is absolutely unacceptable and shows a lack of consideration for guest comfort. Overall, this stay fell short in several key areas, particularly cleanliness, communication, and guest comfort.
