So lovely and friendly

Faultless stay

It was a suite, so plenty of room for my wife and I to entertain our friends who were also staying here for my wife’s birthday.

Really lovely hotel! Lovely decor, room was great. All staff were lovely we encountered. Bar space is big with fires and the lounge area was nice to sit and have a coffee by the fire. The breakfast was nice and we even managed to use the car charger out front during our stay to top back up ahead of going home. We will be back!

Beautiful hotel, great spaces, lovely large bedrooms. Gad dinner in the restaurant, food was delicious, although a small menu. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was great too. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing

All was good apart from the evening meal. We had 2 roast beefs but the vegetables were rock hard and the roast potatoes looked like boiled potatoes. The beef and yorkshires were fine. Disappointing as the Talbot is always of a high standard with food.

We stayed for one night on our way home from a mini break lovely hotel and very dog friendly. Staff and service was excellent. The hotel is in a great location for visiting Malton

Great hotel in a good location. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff members were very friendly and helpful, we were made to feel very welcome.

Nice place, visited a few times, just evening meal wasn't up to usual standard this time round.
