Location and staff friendly

Men Sauna didn’t work, didn’t heat up. Pool one day was great super hot and then other days warm/cold. Breakfast poor selection for a 4 star hotel

Location. General manager was good and helpful.

Room was in attic, diagonal roof pitch made it hard to walk around and access the shower. Heating was too high in the room and noisy.

"Excellent hotel in Baqueira."

Very good location to enjoy skiing in Baqueira's ski resort if that's the purpose of the trip, The chairlift is 100 metres from the hotel. and there is a free transfer from the hotel to the chairlift. The hotel is comfortable and clean, excellent breakfast and food at the restaurant. The staff is very nice and helpful. It is an great option to stay in this area.

El transporte a remonte empieza tarde a las nueve, debería hacerlo a las 8:30, o al menos 8:45. El conductor estaba listo pero argumentó no estaba contratado antes de las 9 h
