El hotel es amplio y cómodo aunque falta un poco de mantenimiento y modernización. El desayuno es excelente, rico y abundante.

La conección con la la ciudad de Udine y otros lugares es nula cuando hablamos de transporte público (bus o tren) El hotel se encuentra en las afueras y dentro de un mini centro comercial donde encuentras un supermercado, una pizzería, un restó oriental y un cine. Tienes que contar con auto o pagar si o si un taxi o Uber para moverte. El personal de recepción, sobretodo las mujeres fueron siempre amables y dispuestas Tuvimos un inconveniente con un joven que estaba en la recepción una de las noches Reaccionó de manera grosera y violenta cuando le pregunté si podía bajar el volúmen del tv ubicado en el living de recepción el cuál estaba con el volúmen altísimo. Fué una situación bastante desagradable, incómoda, realmente se puso violento en su actitud y manera de responder. Lamentablemente no debería trabajar en atención al público.
