all rooms have four poster beds which unfortunately are too short. My husband had to sleep diagonally and it was not that comfortable.

Location. Ptompt service. Non commercial behaviour.

No consolidated final bill which they promised to send. Food orinary. G

Podiam só ter avisado no check-in que para a limpeza diária do quarto era necessário darmos as nossas chaves na entrada, caso contrário eles não limpavam o quarto.

Great location in the very charming colonial part of Panjim. Great balcony for a chilled beer.

The food at the restaurant could have been better. The reception seemed to be run by someone who doesn’t understand hospitality. They seem confused and very slow. Would of been helpful to be given more information about what to do and where to eat.

Personnel prévenant, cadre superbe, très belle grande chambre décorée d'inspiration coloniale, dans un quartier bourré de charme.

Un bémol pour le petit déjeuner : il manque peu pour que ce soit parfait ; les plats sont savoureux mais il faudrait au moins un café filtre (au lieu du nescafé) et surtout de la vraie confiture au lieu d'un pot en plastique rempli d'une confiture chimique du commerce mélange de fruits (ça, c'est quand même dommage dans un lieu de charme comme celui-ci !)

Location is perfect, nice historical building

As it seems owner is taking advantage of the location/heritage and speculate on it too much. I've been in many hotels in India and this one is a worst in terms of value for money. Perfect location, nice historical building, antique furniture and so on, but current owner did nothing to follow up on this gem. Feels like this place was captured by barbaric aliens. Dirt, awful breakfast, nonsense servise and complete emptiness (because of the inflated rates). No hot water in the morning. Bed is made for midgets as it is 180 cm from headboard to footboard (!), had to bend knees all night. Voewful breakfast. For 9k rupees it is a complete joke and shame. Thanks God we were there only for 1 night. .
