Nice ambience - associated restaurant has good food Continental+local food at breakfast was good

We had not paid attention to the size of the room when booking - was a bit cramped - ok for a days stay - for longer ones need to book the bigger room

I had a beautiful old room in th Pousada part and had breakfast in the Inn. It was very quiet where I was. Didnt want my room cleaned as I took the key with me but asked for fresh towels which were provided .

Unfortunately my case was put into the wrong taxi . I had left it as instructed at reception and waited nearby. When I was leaving I discovered it was missing. Their cameras saw it being put into another taxi with another guest. The two drivers got in touch and I picked mine up along the road to the airport. Be careful! An elderly gentleman sitting at reception, must be part of the hotel, was very rude and said I should watch my case. I felt this was wrong if clients are told to leave a bag after check out, it should be safe. Also no hairdryer in my room.

I have stayed here before and I love the location and the cleanliness. The rooms are large, the bathrooms modern and clean. I also like to eat there - the restaurant is very good and Western travelers can trust the food.

O pequeno é bom mas podia ser melhorado com mais varieade de frutas, sumos naturais e pão. Os empregados são muito agradáveis e disponíveis para resolver as situações dos hospedes. A cozinha é excelente.

A limpeza diárias aos WCs nunca foi feita em 7 dias de estadia. O dono fazia reuniões diárias com os empregados que pareciam grandes secas, em vez de os libertar para eles fazarem as limpezas e tratarem do conforto necessário do hotel.
