Even if it is totally basic and cheap, there is no excuse for dirty rooms and bed bugs. Avoid.

The gym facilities are very clean

Temp is controlled by the whole building, even though there is an air con unit in the room, it is locked and you can only turn off. I was so cold I had to leave the accommodation and go somewhere new. I advised staff and they said there was nothing they could do, to come back to the desk the next morning, I asked for an extra quilt. The toilet smelt badly and door was right next to the bed, the tap in the bathroom was loose, shower pressure was minimal, parts of the room were very dirty, windows, bathroom was mouldy..

I suggested to the front desk they have some firmer mattresses in stock because my mattress was to soft and I would have preferred a firmer one for my back

It is The worst design of the bathroom. The toilet bowl is sitting in the middle of the shower room.

Bathroom

The toilet was approx 1 meter from the bed, with only a shower curtain to keep the stink away. It didnt work. The toilet could be smelled from in bed, rank. The rest of the area, halls, lift, entrance all stank of musk scented air freshener which gave me an instant headache.

The room was dirty the shower was over the toilet seat the place is a shit hole

There's a genuine friendly, community attitude. Bed was comfortable.

Ceiling was leaking water in my room, with bad smells
