The place was cheap for its location and distance to the city. Was able to get everywhere we wanted quickly and cheaply. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, facilities were clean and worked well, and staff were friendly and helpful. Room size was reflective of price but wasn't too small.

The room itself was tiny and not at all worth what was paid.

The location is alright, with public transport roughly 10 min walk away. The rooms are alright.

Pretty much everything else was not good. On arrival they request all guests ID and you can’t go in without it, which is not made apparent before arrival. They also require $250 “safety deposit” on arrival which is unnecessary. Although they advertise housekeeping and say it is done every week, there was none during our one week stay. When we asked about it they said it would be done after we leave. We also asked about toilet paper because there was only 1 roll, and they said they have none. They gave us a tiny amount of soap which was not enough for our stay. There was only 2 cups in the room, and nothing to wash it with. A hanging rack but no hangers? No crockery other than a teaspoon. And only 1 hand towel, towel per guest. This is not appropriate for anyone staying more than a couple nights? You have to pay to use the laundry, so if you don’t want to use a dirty towel and bed sheets you have to wash it yourself. Our small fridge was leaking. There is a shared kitchen but still no crockery or anything in the rooms to use? They will also charge you a cleaning fee if your room is not clean enough, but there is nothing to clean with? Overall this “hotel” should not be marketed as one, it provides no amenities that you would need, no housekeeping, it’s just a plain room, not even in a great location. If you can, just get another hotel.
