Decent value, staff was very good.

Musty smell on the 2nd floor, and north stairway is unpleasant. Some deterioration of pool room is occurring. Some remodeling due.

Bathroom floor edges were dirty. one desk drawer kept opening. Refrigerator had past occupants' pizza in the freezer. Freezer had built up ice so much that the door of the refrigerator had to be forced closed.
