Quality Inn & Suites Wellington - Fort Collins

Lots of issues with the room. Really loud refrigerator, broken shower curtain rod, toilet tank kit not working, really bad internet, broken security door on building that did not close and super thin walls. But, once the fridge was unplugged and it was late enough for people not to be in hallway, the beds were super comfy. One bright spot-ALL of the employees were really nice!!

I reserved a king room and was given 2 queens. Bedside lights not functional, tried a different bulb, still not functional. Refrigerator noisy. Hallways need cleaned/vacuumed. Outside door won’t secure, when reported to desk staff they said, “I know, they’re all like that.” Did not seem concerned for the safety issue this presents. Won’t reserv here again.

Awesome stay

The hotel was clean and it is outdated, but it was reasonably priced for the area. It was quiet. The bed was a little softer than I prefer but.Overall a good experience.

The room was clean. The outside door to the hotel was never secure, it was broken and had to be PULLED shut, and when you did that, it was obvious that the whole door frame was loose in the opening. Breakfast the first day lacked any protein, but on the second day was very good with sausage and eggs.

The room was stale, the wallpaper bubbling a peeling off the wall. The mattress was horrible it was so lumpy and broken down. It worked for the short we needed for road trip but was not a great hotel

I was given keys to 2 occupied rooms before find8ng a room for me. Staff on front desk included someone from housekeeping eho hung up on me when I called about my tv not working.

The Rooms were clean and tidy, thanks to the great Housekeeping Staff. The Front Desk were professional and courteous. Everyone was kind and helpful.

Close to Hwy, Quiet, and loved having the luggage trolley for transporting bags

The pool was too cold for everyone adults and kids. Couldn’t last more than 10 min w/o freezing and shaking. Breakfast was gone before 7:39 a.m and nothing attended to nor more refilled and people complained it was like that the day edits also. Your pool area was a sauna and the water was ice.
