The room is spacious and comfortable.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.

First thing, I was hit with a $45.00 early check-in fee. I arrived at the hotel at 11:00 am and was informed that if I wanted immediate access to a room, I would be required to pay a US$ 45.00 fee. Secondly, they do not clean their rooms on a daily basis. I was shocked when the front desk Manager informed me the rooms were not cleaned daily.

Loved the hotel but very disappointed about the pet fee. Your Hotels site quoted a lower pet fee but when I checked in, the pet fee was $50. We were exhausted so I didn’t try to find another hotel. Small parking lot but overall nice place.

I paid 50.00 for early check in and 50.00 for late check out. But I guess the hotel needed money because they never refunded my 70.00. Even after I asked the clerk. She said it would be reversed on my credit card but it never was and no one has called to address this. I did not check in early or stay late. Would like a refund, please.

Overall everything was awesome. Very clean and comfortable facilities. From initial interaction with Rose at front desk to end of stay, all staff was exceptional and took pride in their job and the hotel. Highly recommend this location

They were treating pool during my stay so did not have access

The room had enough light and was well clean. Some of the staff were nice and friendly. When asked for the soap, conditioner, shampoo to be replaced, and more towels had no issues. As well when asked just for someone to take out the trash we gathered no issue.

How they changed my card before I arrived then charged my card the full amount after I left. When I booked the room it stated that your card wouldn't be charged until check in so, the property didn't stay true to their word. There was a hole in the ceiling. The price for that suite wasn't worth the amount due to all beds should be the same by that I'm talking about the bed frames.
