"Great stay! Clean, professional & polite staff"

Staff super nice. Rose went out of her way to help me fix my reservation (cancelled a couple days) for this stay. She also assisted me my making my reservation for a future week stay! She was very professional and knowledgeable!

The tv reception was spotty, the remote was very slow at responding.

Rooms were so clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Great location and convenient to shopping and restaurants. Had a great time and will be back soon.. Will definitely recommend to all friends and family.

"Excellent"

Location and property was very nice. Some trouble with room key. Television did not work properly. After several attempts and asking for a different room, we were finally able to settle down and rest. Room was very clean, bottom of bathroom toilet needed cleaning. Very comfortable bed.

Location of this property was perfect for our needs! Restaurants and shopping very close.

Found dirty wash cloth hanging off shower and black long hair leading us to believe the bathroom, shower/tub areas were not cleaned well. Also trouble with television throughout the evening.

Well first off i had a reservation and when i arrived on the property my reservation was showing declined payment. But i call the bank and it showed I had already paid for the room before i ever got there. Yes the room was nice and clean..At the end of stay we cleaned the room stacked all dirty sheets and towels by the door and we took all trash out of the room.That was 2 weekends ago and still haven't received my 50$ deposit back that should have went back on my debit card..

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My room was large and very comfortable with a lot of amenities. The breakfast was always good as long as I didn't wait until the last minute to go.

I can't think of a thing I didn't like.
