"The short comings of your hotel affected my whole day."

Shaver socket in room 222 didn't work. I'm not the type of person that likes "designer stubble", I want to shave every day. We were only allowed one pillow each. This is adversely affected our comfort and would be a minor concession.

We liked how spacious the room was, the food was lovely and the staff were really polite.

We were there for 3 nights but we didn't have room service, we were not told that house keeping only come round every 3 days.

"Pleasant and affordable"

Decent location for walk into town centre EMR let you walk through train station if you show them your B and B pass which makes it easier

Only that everything is paid on card I'm still a cash person
