La habitación estuvo en buena ubicación, camas y almohadas OK. El servicio de internet con señal estable. El aire acondicionado funcionaba correctamente y eso ayudaba bastante mientras estás en la habitación.

La puerta del cancel del baño no cerraba correctamente, el baño con acabados muy antiguos y no tiene ventana de ventilación. No te dan el control del aire acondicionado, es molesto estar dependiendo del personal para que regulen la temperatura del aire acondicionado. Hay muy pocos lugares de estacionamiento, ya que está sujeto a disponibilidad (pregunten antes de reservar).

La alberca

Las instalaciones ya estaban algo desgastadas y viejas. Por ejemplo la regadera de mi cuarto no estaba colocada y la que se coloco estaba oxidada. La puerta de entrada a la habitación estaba desgastada y cuarteada.

Las instalaciones cómodas, excelente ubicación, alberca amplia

La atención pésima de la recepcionista Miriam Contreras, nada servicial, grosera, abusiva, no funcionaba el control del aire acondicionado y quería que le dieramos un depósito para darnos otro, el baño no tiene ventana para ventilación, nuestro transporte llegó antes de lo esperado y no resguardan tu equipaje en lo que haces el check in, pedimos pagar por entrega anticipada lo de una habitación para resguardar nuestras cosas y a fuerzas tuvimos que pagar por las dos aunque solo queríamos resguardar las cosas.
