Q me querían cobrar la limpieza de la toalla q usé por q la manche con mi cabello q está teñido de rojo creo q es una tontería ya eso es normal y no creo ser la única q trae el cabello teñido deberían cambiar esa regla y aparte no tienen secadora para el cabello entonces es muy tonta la regla y el cobro

Solo tiene excelente ubicación, albercas bonitas, estacionamiento gratuito, pero de limpieza y atencion cero...

1. El primer día no hubo agua caliente 2. El agua salía sucia (color café oscuro) en lavabo, regadera y taza de baño 3. Salió una cucaracha 4. Hay moscos 5. En todos los días que estuvimos no cambiaron sábanas, ni fundas 6. No todos los días ponían jabón, ni shampoo, ni papel de baño 7. El personal se desentendió de todas las problemáticas porque dijeron que no había encargado 8. En la habitación, a la altura del lavabo hay un plafón con mica blanca, a parte de que hay gotera, está terriblemente sucio, da terror que animal o bicho pueda salir de ahí 😱

La cercanía con la playa y varios comercios muy útiles, muy amplias las habitaciones, cómodas, la limpieza.

Sólo pondría mas cuidado en el sanitario, se ve un poco deteriorado y tambien que no me otorgaron control para el aire acondicionado.
