Breakfast was OK; however, fewer options than what we’ve come to expect at this branded motel. Location was very good for what we were there for (bike the Rim Trail). Staff who we interacted with (front desk) were very friendly.

Facility (including our room and entryway) generally lacked cleanliness and care, at least in comparison to other Holiday Inn Express facilities in which we have stayed. A/C unit in room was not functioning properly — very loud and controls were not working as intended. Overall, the facility just did not feel to be operating as well as other like-branded facilities that we’ve stayed at.
