Buena ubicacion y personal de recepcion amable

Hay detalles que dan cuenta de un hotel que requiere una mejor mantencion. Alfombras y sabanas desgastadas, por ejemplo. Luces de los pasillos que no encienden automaticamente al transitar para abrir la puerta de la habitacion. En otro orden de ideas, al solicitar un cambio de habitacion por la ultima noche de la estadia, debido a la llegada de mi esposa e hija, fueron muy poco considerados y empaticos en la respuesta que nos dieron.
