"Needs more pride of ownership"

Close to downtown for walking.

Mold in bathroom, garbage under stairs as you enter. The room was not dark at night.

"Not dog friendly"

Write below the great big sign that says dog friendly, you will find several signs that say no pets allowed anywhere on this property. The landscaping is so out of shape you couldn't walk in there if you had to, the weeds are 2 to 4 foot tall. Sure the staff is friendly but the rooms are old and run down and very disappointing. After paying a dog fee we found there was absolutely no place to walk our dog on this property.

Nice staff and good location if you are headed down to the Redwoods.

Very out of date and did not feel clean. Burnt out light bulbs, smell in the room, no plug in by the bed for a phone charger, etc. Also "dog area" was not mowed and hard to access.
