Beautiful room located right next to the tower.

Towel warmer did not work. A bit of a struggle to figure out all the light switches. Washer dryer combo does work but it took about three hours to do a small load, not really worth it.

"Perfect Base for visiting and sightseeing."

We were visiting from Australia and Watford was an excellent base for us. The Leonardo is perfectly situated between The Overground and Underground train stations, many bus routes and a great shopping centre and High Street. The hotel is spotlessly clean with a great restaurant and bar. Breakfast in particular is superb. I would recommend paying extra for The Executive Room.

I had the best 2 nights sleep at your hotel 😁very comfortable beds , lovely pillows, black out curtains and air con. Lovely quiet spacious standard double and single bed , room was at the back

Could do with an attachment hand held shower 🚿 for the ladies and children
