We have trouble with the wifi connection, we let them know but not receive any help with this, the hotel is clean , the kids enjoy the pool and hot tub , the breakfast not so good but works

"Our favorite family hotel in Hot Springs! "

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times now when visiting Hot Springs. At this point, it is our go to! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms and facilities are clean. Our kids love the pool and I enjoy watching them swim from the hot tub! Definitely recommend!

We stayed for a family vacation. The hotel was clean and offered an indoor pool and gym. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was hot and had a variety of items available. It is close to the park and located centrally to dozens of local attractions. Highly recommend!

I loved it my kids also like this hotel better than the Hilton i was suprised but not better than the Hilton i did like it. The only thing i didn't like was when i called an asked for an extra blanket for the bed she claimed she had just given out the last one an also there wasn't anymore pillows i was very disappointed because my baby get cold at night an im always hot

Wonderful location. Close to tons of restaurants. Line off the interstate. Not too far from town. Rooms are a little older, but the indoor pool and the breakfast makes up for it. Would definitely recommend it again.
