Marriott TownePlace Suites Dayton North

Went it use a cup to get a drink. It was literally stuck to the cabinet. After prying one off, I noticed ALL cups were like this. Not clean at all. It wasn’t even close. A brown ring was around where the cups were. Nasty!!!!!! The door looked like someone smashed through it and they put some drywall mud on it to cover it up. Wonder what on earth happened to make it look like a ghetto door!

The property was not unique, but well kept. It was winter and the snow was cleared and the walk ways and parking were cleared and safe

Rooms had odors and mattresses we're worn out. We tried 3 different suites and we're unable to find a room satisfactory for our needs

The check in process was fabulous with clear information.

The king suite is a "shoe box" Very small and compact room. Not worth the money that I paid for me and my triplet 10 year old. I don't normally review hotels but I felt I need to say what I could abut this hotel. Lobby, great! staff, great! Room and set-up, terrible.

The breakfast was nice and hot, there waa also complimentary water with lemons in them. The was very nice and clean as well.

Every employee that we came in contact with was very nice and helpful. We normally stay at this hotel when we come into town to visit family, mainly because it is 'pet friendly,' nearby family, and has a good "kitchen" so that we do not have to eat all every day. However, we were disappointed when we got to our room because it did not have a small oven, like our previous rooms. We were told that since the change in management, some of the rooms have been changed, or 'up graded," one of the main things was taking the small ovens out of the one-bedroom units. So, it did affect our ability to cook our Thanksgiving turkey.

Breakfast was good. My room didn't have a remote when I checked in. The remote that they eventually provided didn't work properly.

All was good

It was good hotel. Did what was required.
