“My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. There was an unpleasant smell in the lobby, and the furniture appeared old and worn out. The overall atmosphere felt stuffy and uncomfortable. I booked Marriott Executive Apartments based on its reputation, but upon arrival at 6:00 PM, I was told they were overbooked. After a 45-minute wait while exhausted, I was forced to relocate to the "Residence Inn," a significantly lower-tier property. To make matters worse, the second hotel had no record of my booking initially, and I was denied a breakfast service that I had already paid for. The supervisor was uncooperative. If you value your money and peace of mind, stay away!
