Excellent food, clean area, the pool section and the pool tables

Not enough equipment to carry your luggage to your room

We love staying in this hotel because of its water front view. The hotel is always clean, the restaurant is a top notch the food is delicious. We love staying there.

I like this hotel the prices did go up Pizza is not what it used to taste like it tastes very cheaply now

I booked a room on bookings which was going to cost me $146. Can I checked out it cost me $166 they said because they had to charge me taxes which I understand but booking already charged me taxes and so they double charged me

I liked easy access to jiu jitsu tournament.

I got an extra resort fee that I was not aware of.

The hotel is just so so. It’s tired. Weird part of town- pictures are deceiving. The body of water is a dirty canal. Lots of homeless lurking around. Parking a car is sketchy in an open lot across the street with no security. Hotels website directs you to a 3rd party booking service. They charged a $50 “fee.” There is another $25 “resort fee” paid to the hotel at check in. The hotel directs you back to the booking service for any questions or changes- the phone number they provided did not work. Would I stay there again- NO. Would I refer a friend- NO. I checked out early and went to the courtyard Marriott which was in a pretty part of town. Will definitely stay there again but not at the “Waterfront” hotel.
