Very comfortable room. Excellent bed with comfy support. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This location needs to get their key card service updated. The jiggling and gyrations required to even get the key card to work is unacceptable. Won’t be staying here the next time we come through Rock Springs WY. The Staff were very helpful. Their frustration with the key card issues was evident. Do Better Comfort Inn.

I couldn't get access to the Wi-Fi and the manager blamed my laptop for its' security, which is not true. All devices are blocked from the hotel's internet depriving me of communication access. I am Deaf and I depend on the Wi-Fi to make video calls on my tablet and I couldn't sleep last night, I was so upset and I ended up calling the Deaf Crisis Line. The floor in this room was awful, needs to be replaced! AND why is the Hearing and HC Accessible room at the far end of the hall??? I was so tired from traveling from California and you made me walk all the way to the end? Geez! I would not recommend any Deaf travelers to stop at this place for any reasons. I'd like a partial refund for my suffering from lack of Wi-Fi access!

Nice hotel. Good value. The locks for the rooms were malfunctioning so our pass carddidn’t work. They said new locks were supposed to come this week, but that didn’t happen. An inconvenience but a good day nonetheless.

I stayed here a few years ago and it was not good. This time very good! Great staff especially Alyssa from the night audit! Very clean. Very friendly.

Great experience all around

Everything in the building was clean and orderly as it should be. My only minor issue was that breakfast was a little bit scant. I would certainly come back again.

Was comfortable there, everything was clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast is decent. Something was wrong with the locks to the rooms and our keys didn’t work. Had to get new ones.

Everything was great. The only disturbing thing we experienced was a barking dog in the adjacent room. Never in all my years have I experienced this!
