"Above and beyond for customer satisfaction"

My sisters and I were headed to Boise Idaho. I made reservations for comfort inn on July 4th. When we arrived, we realized that I had booked the room for the 3rd of July - not the 4th. So we were a no-show for the 3rd and had no reservations for the 4th. I was prepared to pay for new reservation. Lexi (who was currently working the front desk) called her manager (Betty). Her manager was in Utah for an emergency C-section for her daughter. Betty called me from her cell phone and comped us a room for the 4th. Both Lexi and Betty turned the frustration into a very good experience. When I go through Rock Springs again, they will definitely be the hotel that I stay at. I I have always had a good experience with Comfort Inn. But they went above and beyond.

We have stayed here before and the experience was very different. It has improved greatly. Staff more professional and kind. The facility was cleaner and aminitires were working and available. Very improved facilities I will stay again.

It was very acceptable. Staff excellent. Accomodations nice. Pool extremely loud echoes. Rowdy teens made it worse.

Friendly staff, clean, did not like the roll away bed it was very uncomfortable, bunk beds mattress were not comfortable.
