The hotel was not clean. The rooms were dated. The area did not feel safe. There were people coming in that were not staying at the hotel that were using the pool. There were people in the parking lot smoking pot. The lock on my door was JB welded back on.

Disheartening experience in it's entirety.

Customer service and room conditions were falsely marketed and deplorable.

We always like staying at this hotel when in Lubbock. Easy to get to. Nice pool for kids,and always comfortable.

It was a popular one that weekend lol

Rooms where big and great for big family

It was very loud next to highway, also trash was picked up at like 430 in the morning for almost 45 min it was extremely loud as if window was left open. Breakfast was the bare minimum and we got there 45 min before breakfast ended and there was no eggs anymore. I asked if they would still bring some and they said no we are done for the day. So we were left with over fried hard bacon and some potatoes. I wouldn't stay here again.

Convenient to places we needed to be. Nice hotel with nice pool, we didn't use the pool as there were too many people in the pool and we didn't have time. They had a decent breakfast.

No paper towels for the kitchenette in the room and the trash cans were too small to fit the takeout we got and ate in the room. Couch was hard but not a problem. We stayed on the second floor and the room above had kids running all night and stomping so it kept me awake until they finally went to sleep around 1:30am.
