Very unreasonably expensive! they charge 50 dollars resort fee and provide almost nothing for that. Very noisy. Staff are not friendly. Avoid this place.

Stayed for the weekend and had dinner at pacific Hideaway to celebrate My friend's birthday. Our server Lauren was very friendly and Daniel the bartender made excellent drinks. Will come back!

So glad we decided to celebrate the holiday at Kimpton Shorebreak The ski lodge theme was fun suprise. This resort exceeded our expectations! Great location, clean rooms, SUPER FRIENDLY staff, awesome gym. The food at the Hideway was terrific! The atmosphere is friendly.. family oriented and with lots of 4paw friends we enjoyed seeing too! The room was spacious! The bed was super comfy and housekeeping staff provided everything we needed besides keeping it super clean. I can go on and on.. Thomas and all of the other valets were on top things and although we weren’t happy about having to pay $45 a day …they made it worth it. Carly, Ana and the young man with glass and funky winter head band were just a few of the friendly, helpful staff members who help us with anything we needed. Thank you! Lastly .. my husband LOVED having hot cocoa with marshmallows and candy canes every morning and s’mores for over the fire pit ever night… such a great treat! We got an Expedia Black Friday deal so that was helpful. We definitely will be back

Amazing time! The staff here goes out of their way to make it special! At the restaurant you can’t go wrong with the staff! Victor has been there for years giving impeccable service! Always a pleasure to! We met Paul at the Happy Hour! Another employee who goes out of his way! Professional and interacting with us making the trip better! His music preferences and playing adds the special touch! Today we also got to meet Destiny during breakfast time! Thank you, the French toast was amazing! Your staff helped make our trip amazing! Thank you, we can’t wait to come back!

Anna in front lobby was the BEST! From the minute we walked in until we left, she was incredibly helpful and nice. She stored out luggage when we checked in before our room was ready, texted us when room was ready, told us about their nightly complimentary happy hour and S'more's pack to enjoy by the fire pits. The night before checked out we inquired about late check out and she offered a complimentary 1 hour later check out. When we left, we wanted to stay a bit before leaving with the car and she checked our baggage in the back for us and got it out when we came back. Her smile and overall willingness to help us with anything was above and beyond our expectations. This was our 2nd time staying at this Botique hotel and will 100% be back. It’s a hidden gem!!! Thank you Anna and staff!!!!

This place is amazing. The staff so awesome. The facilities perfect. The smores by the fire 🔥 and the whole vibe is beyond perfect

Infelizmente para o preço que cobram o hotel não oferece serviço. Ninguém te auxilia com as malas desde a sua chegada até a ida para o quarto. Outro ponto que achei negativo foi o café da manhã ter poucos lugares. Esperamos 20min para conseguir sentar.

Carly at check in was amazing! The experience from beginning to end was fantastic. Super hospitality and a room with a view!!! What else could a guest ask for!

This review focuses on how the hotel handled a cancellation and refund. We had reserved a stay for Christmas Eve 2025, which would have been our first visit, and we were especially excited that we could bring our dog along. Although we were already in town for the holidays, bad weather prompted us to drive straight home instead of staying overnight. On 12/23, I couldn’t cancel online, so I called the hotel for assistance. I had used a Chase free night certificate for the booking, and the agent assured me it would be reinstated if I canceled. While the certificate was returned, I was never told that my credit card would still be charged for the night. If I had known that, I would have chosen to stay, especially since the hotel had kindly upgraded us to a suite that I was really looking forward to. I believe most people would have made the same choice. At no point did the agent mention that I would be billed after canceling. Four days later, I saw a charge on my credit card. When I contacted the hotel, both the front desk staff and the manager informed me that they would not issue a refund. Due to the lack of clear communication and the way this situation was handled, I felt compelled to leave this negative review.
