Hampton Inn & Suites Florence-North-I-95

Staff was excellent, breakfast was excellent.

Had to pay $1.00 because I did not register through Hilton. Did not know about it until I checked in.

The front desk staff was extremely kind and helpful. The staff that served the breakfast made our stay very nice. The large patio area where there are chairs, tables, umbrellas, and ashtrays was extremely nice.

The room cleaning staff was unpleasant. None of them smiled or even spoke to us as we walked through the hotel. They had their cleaning stuff spread throughout the hall and made no attempt to clear a path as we were trying to enter our. I had to physically move their stuff to wheel my cart to the room. It was almost as if we on their nerves.

The stuff was great, I had to add 2 more days to my stay. The stuff handled everything. It was a great experience and I will plan to stay there again. .

Location is great. Right off I-95 food options in walking distance. Great value.

Bed was very uncomfortable not quite sure why. Maybe too firm. But room was clean and very spacious

Staff was very helpful. Parking was close and safe. Had a very comfortable stay.

Can't think of anything really. All was good.
