My check-in experience was quite unpleasant. The receptionist did not assist me properly. When I arrived, she was not at the front desk and I had to look for her in order to be helped. After that, in a rather unfriendly manner, she told me that my reservation was not showing in the system and that if I had made it through Booking there was nothing she could do. She even suggested that I had made the reservation incorrectly, despite the fact that I was clearly showing her on my phone that the dates were correct. After asking her several times to please check again and search more carefully, my reservation finally appeared in the system. I had already been driving for four hours, and the reason I choose good hotels is precisely to avoid situations like this. Unfortunately, the receptionist’s attitude made the experience very uncomfortable and left me with little desire to return.
