Did not have my reservation? Something not right with this hotel. Expedia agent took care of us by calling hotel and getting us in.

Condition of property was very poor. Old should not necessarily mean dirty. Observed an employee sweeping floor in dining area with broom, then take same broom and sweep crumbs off a table top to floor with the broom. I remained in the dining room for about another 30 min and that table was never washed after dirty broom was used on table. This was just disgusting!! Should demanded my money back.

Bait and switch pricing in the Booking.com app. The price was higher for the lowest priced room versus what I clicked on. The front staff accused me of being someone who would steal from them and insisted on charging my car $100 deposit rather than an authorization hold even though he didn’t know me and had no justification to do that.. I had to check out six hours early because of fights on the floor . The man that checked me out told me that the intake person should not have charged me. The hundred dollars . the place is very loud. It’s right next to a truck. Then the guest in the room next to me got into a huge fight man beating up wife with children in the room. I had to call the cops when the front desk didn’t. This place is absolutely awful.

Large Dead Roach in bathroom. Other residents constantly outside of rooms walking, talking & laughing loudly until 2 or 3am.

The roommate of the property is normally under $100. During Hurricane Milton the room rate was over $250 which is Ludacris and unacceptable to do to local residents who are not on vacation but we're told to evacuate

Power went out because of storm, No Generator ,no safety lights anywhere, not even in stairways. Pitch dark. Possibility of death or injury high. Manager at front desk said when I asked about a Generator, " No No too Expensive "
