No breakfast WiFi was terrible, Bathroom was not very clean they barely came to clean up my room while I was gone… I saw a roach in the bathroom and my Friend got hit by a spider .

Office charged my credit card and told booking.com I was a no show. Was working with general manager to receive refund. A week later she said owner refused to refund my monies and she was tired of how he treated customers and she quit. So sad. I should of known better. Owner did this once before to me for over 200.00. We hag checked in, toilet didn’t work. Went down stairs and told staff. She said there was no other rooms. We went a few doors do n and got a room. when i returned right back and spoke to her all of a sudden there is a room available. I said just paid for another room. I tried disputing charges with credit card but the owner refused even though I had all my dicumentation. JESUS DOESNT LUKE UGLY. This owner will get what he deserves. Karma is a butch. DO THE RIGHT THING MR. OWNER. we used to stay there all the time, but you lost our business and I will continue to tell everyone I know not to come there. That you are not a fair business man. The room was updated and clean but the property is a mess and not a great part of town.
