Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel

We liked everything about this property, this is a well run top notch hotel that is all about quality. From the social hour with games & a free glass of wine with hors d'oeuvres, to the breakfast, to the upscale furnishings, to the friendly & accommodating staff, we were treated so well by both Lou & Diego that we want to stay again. Centrally located (a 2 min walk from the Queenstown shops and a 5 min walk to Skyline and LUMA), yet on a beautiful park, the view was exceptional, the rooms gorgeous, the beds so comfy, & they even offer bikes to use for free, we couldn’t have asked for more!

The hotel had some issue with their security motherboard that they were trying to fix that caused us to move rooms but Diego took extraordinary care of us, upgraded us to an even nicer room, & apologized profusely, he delayed the work until the next week so as not to inconvenience us any further, and even mapped our next route to Mt Cook ensuring the roads were open (there was a storm pushing through). You’re not just a guest staying at this hotel, they remember your name and genuinely care!

What we like the most about this property is the Staff. They are absolutely great and make you feel really welcome. They are there to help you with whatever you need which makes your holiday a very enjoyable one.

Excellent a la carte breakfast included, cooked fresh. Wonderful service. Staff throughout were excellent. Very comfy beds and everything was well maintained and clean.

Mountain view side was a little noisy with traffic going past and groups walking past through the night. Lighting in the bathroom was not the best for putting on make up. Bathroom has a glass ceiling so was great during the daylight hours but not after sunset. Overall great experience though.

Great location to town, free parking onsite, excellent friendly and knowledgeable staff, great rooms, breakfast and happy hour. Loved our stay. Thank you 😊

The stay was fabulous everything about the hotel made our stay so comfortable quiet central with great beds fantastic breakfast and the drinks and canapes were a great touch. All the staff are super friendly attentive and informative will definitely be back.

The location was perfect. Right in front of the Gondela. So nice and quiet but only a 5 min walk. Parking available. Our room looked over a park and at the Remarkables with a full wall of glass doors. The blinds were electric so you could literally open them and look at the view from your bed. Just so beautiful.

Nothing. It was perfect

Very nice hotel with excellent service and excellent breakfast. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The facilities are excellent. My only complaints are there was a lot of foot traffic near the windows, which could be a bit noisy during the day. And it is about a 10-minute walk to the area where all the dining and shopping options are.

From the time we arrived it was a wonderful experience. Megan at the front desk was exceptional and made us feel special. The room was spacious with great facilities and view. Every evening they host drinks and canapés before we went out for dinner and this was a relaxing time to meet other guests.
