Staff was friendly

Breakfast was simply breads. There was a build up of urine on the side/bottom of our toilet and around the edge of it on the floor, holes in walls have been patched and dry walled and not re painted. Carpet is run down. Stale smell in halls and room.

"Awake at 5:30 am"

Stayed for 2 nights, and both mornings were awake at 5:30 am . Our next door was man, and he was so loud we asked to tell him, to quiet down the staff said yes, but he did not, my husband had to go and ask to quiet down.😠
