TownePlace Suites by Marriott Fayetteville North

This location has an outdoor pool, but no indoor pool. That said, the staff here was amazing during our stay. We were supposed to be in the area for a few days, and an accident occurred (due to no fault of the hotel, it happened elsewhere) so what started as a three day trip ended up being a several week adventure. Richard and Zach were top-notch. They were kind and thorough, to the extent that we had other hotel options and chose to come back to this one. Richard recommended a stellar BBQ place (Wright's, which is down the road and I highly recommend) and Zach allowed us to borrow his phone charger. The free breakfast isn't super fancy, but it is decent, (be sure you don't miss the yogurt options, they're under the juice machine.) This location has a small full kitchen, complete with two stove burners and a dishwasher. The rooms are not gigantic, but they are well laid out, with a love seat and desk. All in all, it was clean, quiet and comfortable and I would come back again.

The staff were top notch, friendly, eager to help, could not have been better. The beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.

The staff is what makes or breaks a hotel visit. Every single person here has been unfailingly kind and helpful. I was here for 2 consecutive nights for chemo and pain management after a discectomy. While I was in town, I had a ton of grocery shopping to do. Candace, Bethany, Summer, and Nicole carried my luggage and groceries into my room. I called the desk about a fan, and within 2 minutes, Zach was standing at my door, carried the fan in, plugged it up for me, and went and got some ice. I was having trouble walking, and one and another of them even helped me to the lobby for coffee, and to walk to my car for appointments.

Fantastic service with an amazing staff. Rooms are amazingly clean and very well equipped. Zach Lewis the Front Desk manager is absolutely top notch. Attention to detail is second to none. Thanks for a great stay. If you’re in the Fayetteville/Springdale area you should stay here. You won’t be disappointed.

We needed the two room suites for our party of 7, and they accommodated us by putting them next door. Very handy with kids!

We had a 2 bedroom suite for 2a/2c, which worked well. The unit had a full size fridge and freezer with a 4 burner stove and small oven. Most places don’t have an oven; so this was a rare treat!! Rooms were clean, as was the whole property. Breakfast was varied and good on the weekends, but majorly pared down on the weekdays. We didn’t expect this; so it was a disappointment to walk down expecting a waffle or a full cooked breakfast only to find cereals and oatmeal. All breakfast items were disposable - plastic cutlery, styrofoam plates, plastic lined paper coffee cups, etc. Nothing was reusable nor recycled. There wasn’t a single recycling bin available. All of it was going to landfill, which is a travesty in this day and age when people know better!! Similarly, it was unclear what, if any, were recycling bins in the rooms. A real disappointment.
