Homewood Suites by Hilton Hanover Arundel Mills

Hotel was very nice. Breakfast was really good the first day, but you could recognize the leftovers throughtout the week. Buffett was clean and tidy. Overall ok for a hotel breakfast. They did use real eggs for the scambled egg day.

Great stay me and my fiance were here for a night and the suite was spacious and nice. Pleasant stay, overall great hotel.

Customer service was horrible and stayed at before. The front wasn’t friendly at all

You request certain things, but find out upon check in it's not what you were told initially.

Good place to stay besides the smoking allowed outside and children in gym area unsupervised.

Although we booked a suite for 6 people, and specifically requested enough towels and supplies for 6, and sheets , blankets and pillows for the sofa bed, we were given 3 towels, 4 plates, 4 forks, 4 mugs, and nothing for the sofa bed. The kitchen lacked a bottle opener or a strainer. It seemed every time we reached for something, it wasn’t there. We had to make several trips from the 11th floor down to the lobby. What could have been a lovely stay became very aggravating and inconvenient. Breakfast was terrible. We arrived at 9:30 when breakfast was served until 10. They had run out of : muffins, coffee, hot water, tea, juice, yogurt, potatoes, waffle batter, bananas, napkins, and forks. There was only one staff member working the breakfast and he could not replace most of these items because either they ran out or he was busy in the back. One major reason we booked this was for the breakfast but we had to stop on our way to our destination to get food. Also, while most of the hotel was very clean, and nicely decorated for the holidays, the hot tub was filthy. Perhaps this boils down to the hotel being understaffed, but the potentially wonderful stay ended up being a huge disappointment.

We were very close to my brother's house. It was clean and quiet and the staff was wonderful. The breakfast was okay but not the best. I enjoyed a bagel every day.

Great service

We booked this hotel because it was near the airport. After flying in from Europe, we desperately needed to rest before driving home 3 hours away. Check in was good, the room was so-so. One bed had a newer mattress and bed bug cover. The other bed was quite worn and I had to thoroughly check for bed bugs. Thankfully, it was clear of bed bugs. However, while checking around the mattress, I found a used washcloth under the bed. Yuk! Please remind housekeeping that they need to take a few extra minutes to check under furniture rather than surfaces only. Since I was so tired and the fact that everything else was clean, I just went to bed and left early in the morning. My daughter took the newer mattress, and I dealt with the mattress that was sagging on one side and lumpy on the other.
