My booking was messed up. I booked a Suite with a King bed for a particular reason and someone else was given my suite and was offered a room without a lounge. We ended up not sleeping there. Very disappointed.

I liked how big the rooms were. The breakfast pack on Sunday morning was good.

There was no complimentary water and no bar fridges in the rooms On Monday morning, there was no juice at breakfast, and the only other alternative beverages were water and filtered coffee
