Baymont by Wyndham Keystone Near Mt. Rushmore

Location, and staff was super nice. Especially Angel.

Could be cleaner, pool was not heated. Breakfast trash could be taken out sooner always was full.

Room was in rough shape

The location was absolutely perfect! We could see Mt.Rushmore from our room which was just so cool!

A lot of things were not working. Pool heater was broke so the pool was ICE cold, ice machine on our floor didn’t work. Not big deal breakers though. And the breakfast was probably the worst hotel breakfast we’ve ever had. We are not fussy but the bread and bagels were all super hard, the only syrup they had for waffles was sugar free, and the eggs were so gross. Ever had square shaped eggs? Lol and they had a huge hair in them. Someone told the worker and they just pulled the hair out with a tonges and continued serving that tray of eggs. No yogurt or fruit. Just really subpar.

Decent sized rooms

Pool was absolutely freezing. Breakfast was very poor, felt like a child's breakfast and was all very unhealthy, low quality, and little fresh food (fruit was mostly frozen, yoghurt didn't taste/look like proper yogurt, fruit juice tasted artificial). It was also the same every day. I barely ate any of it and took just a banana on the last two days. On check-in, the staff member on reception should have put the phone that rang on hold and served us and the other people in the queue with actual bookings before addressing the call about a future booking especially as we were in line prior to the call. Room was not cleaned thoroughly, especially hairs on the bathroom floor and toilet seat. We even found a pair of headphones that weren't ours on the floor in the room showing it wasn't cleaned very well. The fan in the room was so loud and even when turned off and unplugged there was some airvent there that was fairly loud even with ear plugs on.

breakfast was good and the staff let my son and grandson hang out in the pool a little later than 10pm thanks

Location was perfect

Stood in line to checkin for half an hour. Was given room key went to room...it hadn't been cleaned. Waited another hour. Thus was 10pm
