Awesome view from the grounds. We booked the river cruise, this was VERY VERY good and well worth the money. Overall the hotel was very good.

We had a jnr suite but to be honest it was a little tired, maybe time for a refit. Seating area outside the room also a little tired.

Great property, riverfront location, activities right on site so was able to do afternoon cruise on arrival and safari the next mirning before check out (1 night stay) Clean room, comfortable before. Nice room temperature, good water pressure. Free airport transfer.

I have been staying here since the beginning of the hotel and always love the facility and location.

Some of the customer relations were not acceptable in particular at the travel desk, the Spar and the non reaction from customer relations when I raised an issue. Fortunately Chadze and the staff in the restaurant and kitchen were brilliant and compensated for the unfortunate behaviour of others and were able to pull out the stops on my wife's birthday. Finally receiving an automated message the evening before requesting I settle the room charge in advance (which I had paid on arrival) really created a bad impression of being unwelcome. In sum the Customer relations manager and team need to up their game

We stayed here two nights, my only complaint was the fact that all meals were buffet style. The rooms were great, the service was excellent. I loved the squirrels outside my room and the warthogs wandering around the grounds. Chocolates for the turn down service were appreciated as well.

From arrival to departure, it was an unforgettable experience! Not only were the rooms, the food, the spa (!!) and the staff remarkable, but the environment, and all the activities at our disposal made it my best hotel experience yet! It is so evident how much thought and care has been put into this beautiful place. Cannot rate this highly enough!
