All fine and dandy

Asked for a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room that reeked of cigars. Had trouble going to sleep and woke up with a headache and stuffy nose because of the smell. Bathroom was not clean. My mother has had a knee replacement and because of being put in the smoking room we were on the second floor. Had we received the non-smoking room we requested, we would have been on the first floor.

Decent room. Breakfast had no protein options, only breads, cereals and waffles. Milk for cereal was expired. If you don't mind going out for breakfast, it was an acceptable stay.

The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke, as did the hallway. I asked to change rooms and they said that the whole upstairs had that smell because some of the rooms are smoking rooms. I asked for a downstairs room and was told that they were all booked. There was 3 cars in the parking lot and they had no downstairs rooms. I don’t believe it but ok. Also, the bed had a fitted sheet that kept coming off and no top sheet. The only way to cover up was with the filthy, itchy blanket that has never been washed.

It’s a good experience for the money. The bed was comfy, the room was spacious and the breakfast was good, although I didn’t see any decaf coffee or protein (bacon, sausage). They had waffles, cereal, pastries, bread, bagels, OJ, whole milk, jellies, peanut butter, cream cheese, and the like. The room mini-fridge was plenty cold when I checked in. If you’re looking for the Ritz, don’t stay here. It’s a modest property and I was happy with it. If you avoid stairs, request a 1st floor room because there is no elevator. Location is convenient to casual dining and fast food. There’s a nice new liquor store next door. The best thing is the staff. Nice, friendly folks who make you feel welcome.

Easy to find/great location. Nice waffle maker for breakfast - although it was a bit messy/the batter dispenser was a bit broken. Bed was comfy.

Rooms smelled a bit of cigarette smoke even though there were many “no smoking” signs posted. There wasn’t anyone at the front desk. My reservation which included personal information was on a printed paper with my room key on top of it on the front desk. Anyone could have seen it and grabbed it. None of the staff wore uniforms so it was hard to know who was staff. A man sitting on a bench in front of the main entrance went from smoking to cleaning the glass of the front door in a matter of minutes. In our room: The second security lock on the room door didn’t work/was missing. The toilet seat had stains on it.

Best available in Rockmart. Staff very accommodating. Rooms clean, but are showing wear.

Continental breakfast had a nice variety. The operator who answered my call before we arrived was super helpful with our 4am arrival time.

No lamp by the table/desk.
