"Stinky dirty Room"

I didn't stay. I checked in. Once I got in the elevator to go up to my room. The elevator was dirty and smelled bad. When I opened the door to my room, it smelled bad. Carpet was stained. Bathroom smelled bad. I went right back down stairs and checked out. I couldn't stay in a room that smells that bad. I want a full refund. And deserve it.

It was conveniently located, comfortable beds and pillows. The room was spacious with nice TV and many channels to choose from. The breakfast was delicious with many juice and tea options. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The staff was great except for one older man. He had something to do with house keeping, and was ugly to the other employees. Breakfast was great, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, toast, waffles, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, muffins, juices, milk, coffee, hot chocolate, etc...

I booked a room for 5 people. We got 2 towels. So we used those and asked for more and they gave us 2 again. I didn't have a balcony like I was supposed to, and the fold out couch/bed was broken.
