"Very disappointing, will never book here again!"

Bed was ok

Our room had a broken picture frame with a large piece of glass missing. We told the establishment to remove the picture, because we didn't want any other pieces of glass to fall and we take a risk of stepping on it and cut our feet wide open. Our room didn't have a remote control for the TV. The channels wouldn't change from the the buttons on the actual TV. So out of our 3 day stay 2 of those days we didn't have access to the television set which we paid for booking the room. We were told from the faculty we would receive a 10 to 15% discount for the inconvenience after we checked out the faculty acted like we were speaking in another language letting us know they where lying to us all along. Very disappointing from this establishment, because we stayed at this hotel before and it was nice but know it's horrible and we'll never book with this hotel ever again.
