Conveniently near the freeway. Had breakfast included. Had a pool area.

Air conditioning didn’t go down cool enough past 75.

The room was really humid even with the AC running

Nice TV and Bed.

Room price a bit high. Ice machines on floor not working.

It was in a good location. Furniture was updated and nice.

Bathroom needed new fixtures for the tub. There were cracked tiles on bathroom floor and bathroom ceiling had cracked Sheetrock. I had a hard time getting hot water for the shower.

A pesar de que es un hotel pett friendly estaba bastante limpio. Había variedad en el desayuno y la atención de Rosa en el area de restaurante, Martin de mantenimiento...muy atento y servicial. La comodidad de las habitaciones.

Pésimo servicio del Gerente Reno(creo que ese era el nombre pero era de nacionalidad Indu), era demasiado pesado a mis solicitudes. Si necesitas room service tienes que pedirlo un dia antes. No te dan nada para la habitación (jabón, papel y sacar la basura) si no pediste el room service con anticipación. Si querías toallas tenias que bajar a pedirlas (nunca las negaron) pero era incomodo tener que estar llevando las toallas ya que las chicas del room service no te las dan. Tuve el inconveniente de que cuando deje mi ropa en la lavadora, otro huésped de forma abusivo saco mi ropa para meter el la suya. Se hizo el comentario al gerente y no hubo respuesta.
