I would have given it a 5 but one light by the bed did not work, one light in the bathroom did not work, and there was no plug on one side of the bed. We both need plugs for our CPAPs. Fortunately we always carry a 3 outlet extension cord for these situations. Very nice room. Nicest Sleep Inn I have ever stayed in. Clean room, friendly check in, refrigerator was a little larger than many with a small freezer. Plenty of towels. It was a large room.

Front desk red- headed staff member was cold and not helpful. When asked about a good place to eat she automatically recommended a high priced steak house and talked poorly about another while referring that it was Sunday, after all, so few places were open. Did not offer any info on breakfast or helpful beyond checking us in.

Other than the door not closing on its own or all the way. We accidentally left it open a couple of times. Otherwise it was clean and the staff were friendly.

We had a smooth check-in, friendly staff that checked us in right away. The hotel is in a convenient area close to the highway that takes us to Glenrock. The room was clean, quiet and the hotel is pet friendly. We are happy travelers especially being able to bring my dachshund with me traveling.
