Surprised about the layout of the room. It was larger than expected. Having a desk was nice. Was not expecting a walking shower. There was availability. The young woman at the front desk who checked us out was very kind.

The pool was not open in the morning, only for 5 hours in the evening. The evening front desk person told me different information than the morning front desk person. Get your information accurate & the same. The side door to the outside was not locked and didn’t even have a latch. Very unsecured! The hot water was only tepid not hot enough to make oatmeal and the bowls were styrofoam-so could not be microwaved. The alarm clock in the room was very broken and making alarm noises…so had to figure that out. Was not expecting a walk in shower. The housekeeper came knocking on our door before 9am.
