Was not on the beach close to the beach. Super heated pool and Jacuzzi.. I enjoyed it at night. Beautiful view at mon and Venus at night very not polluted sky.....

Die Unterkunft ist 5min zu Fuss vom Strand entfernt. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und hat einiges an Auswahl, ob Müsli, Eier oder Waffeln.

Nice views across a lake to the woodland beyond. Bright and clean breakfast room. Good size room with good shower. Well located with shops and restaurants nearby, a short walk to the beach and a short drive to the centre of Orange Beach.

No options to buy food in the evenings. No bar at the hotel.

The hotel is in a great location with very easy beach access—you just walk across the street and you’re right on the beach, which was a big highlight. The breakfast was also good and a nice added benefit. I will say the general manager was friendly, greeted me multiple times, and was professional when I brought concerns to his attention.

There were several issues with cleanliness and maintenance that stood out. In my room, the cabinet door connected to the refrigerator and microwave was broken. The floors were dirty, including both the carpet in the room and the flooring in the bathroom. Some of the furniture also had noticeable dust on it. The elevator was consistently dirty during my stay—the carpet looked dingy and didn’t appear to be cleaned at all. The gym did not have air conditioning, only a fan, and there was no sign letting guests know ahead of time. I was told the air was out, but a simple notice would have been helpful. The hot tub also appeared like it needed to be cleaned. When I shared these concerns, the general manager apologized and mentioned this wasn’t the normal standard and that he would check on it, as well as offer some points. While I appreciated the response, the issues still impacted my stay. Overall, the location and staff friendliness are strong points, but the hotel really needs improvement in cleanliness and upkeep.
