Once in a while, you arrive to a hotel with low(ish) expectations. This was the case during a road trip as a corporate flight attendant over the holidays. The hotel was fine, comfortable and clean. The dining room was beautifully decorated. The menu was really surprisingly creative. The brightest star of the entire experience was Brandie. Good, efficient, friendly, professional service is a lost art…not for Brandie. Such a wonderful and fresh experience! She saw to every detail…efficiently and with elan. Thank you, Brandie. Hilton, you have a great asset! Please recognize this breath of fresh air and a commitment to good service!

Bed was comfortable,appreciated finally a decent night light in a bathroom Hot tub was very hot

Coffee maker was akward.... had to relocate to use and room wasn't stocked well at all ... no microwave as stated .... wasted our leftovers cause they wouldn't fit in fridge

the desk manager waa very helpful and professional, the room was clean the decor was very pleasant

the bathroom exhaust fas waa very loud and to turn it off reduced the lighting in the bathroom. not major but annoying

We paid for buffet, and we gad multibe problems, was not treated like a man are women, less long, a honors member.
