We didn't know exactly where we were going to stay. We reserved the room a few minutes before pulling into our driveway. Unfortunately, the room that we booked was sold out, but your front desk upgraded us to a suite. we sleep very well.

"Moldy and very loud air units."

The room did not have the air conditioner on when we arrived and it was terribly hot. My husband put on the air conditioner and it was horrible! He set it to 68. It cycles in and off ever half hour abd it is horribly loud. It smelled of mildew and mold. I had an allergic reaction and had to take a Benadryl. . My children were asleep so I could not move. They need to do some cleaning. It makes me question everything as far as cleanliness. I will not stay here again!

"Ice maker blues"

Great, however please get icemakers working on all levels. Not fun to travel down a level to get ice. I have been there every 6 weeks and 1 ice maker still wasn't fixed. 2 months out already....Otherwise, stay, breakfast, cookies for snack time in evening are 5 stars!
