"Nice Hotel! Amazing Staff!!"

Staff are very friendly they will just basically do what you ask for, beds are clean rooms are nice !!! There’s a lot of restaurants close by great hotel , good breakfast daily , there’s a bar the gym is nice , laundry available for $1.50 nice hotel !

Absolutely lovely! Very clean, excellent breakfast, comfortable beds and bedding. Very friendly and welcoming staff, especially Brandon, who kindly obliged our request for extra pillows. Will opt for Holiday Inn again in the future.

Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Serving staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, bathroom was spotless.

My room had a door that was shared with another room. My neighbors were loud and allowed their children to play in the hallway between the adjoining doors. When I arrived, Booking.com had apparently put my reservation under my first name instead of my last.

We could not stay at your property, because of the ice and snow coming in.2/18/2025. We would have never gotten home if we had stayed in Hilliard, Ohio I can not review your Hotel.
